Job Description
We are hiring a Reset Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be responsible for efficiently rearranging store products to align with new plans and layouts. This role involves following planograms, completing large and complex resets on time, and effectively communicating with store personnel and clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute retail tasks efficiently and cost-effectively
- Report completed tasks accurately using designated systems
- Communicate effectively with store personnel, clients, and sales activities
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned
- Participate in team tasks onsite with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and responsibilities
- Complete timely reporting of recaps, expense reports, and timesheets
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Prior retail experience preferred
Computer Skills: Proficiency in PC usage, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds; Physical agility for various reset activities
Tools: Access to the internet, printer, phone, and reliable transportation
Operating a Personal Vehicle: Valid driver's license and auto insurance if using personal vehicle for business
Work Environment: Retail store environment with some travel, possibility of early morning projects
Language Skills: English proficiency required, bilingual skills may be necessary
