Job Description
Join CROSSMARK as a Retail Supervisor and be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in a designated territory. You will lead a team, ensuring projects are completed to client and customer standards, conducting in-store audits, and providing hands-on support to achieve timely and budgeted project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and train a team to execute projects efficiently.
- Conduct in-store audits and assist with project completion.
- Organize project work, materials, and schedules.
- Communicate project expectations and provide performance feedback to team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant retail experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.
Working Conditions
This role involves office and field work with extensive local travel and physical demands. Fluency in English is required.
