Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retirement Income (Annuities) Support member to join our team at Level Four Group. As part of our dynamic and rapidly growing wealth management firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Level Four Insurance, focusing on new account opening processes and procedures. In this position, you will work closely with our Director of Retirement Income, indirectly supporting over 150 Wealth Advisors nationwide, acting as a pivotal link between advisors and the corporate home office team.

- Prioritize finding mutually beneficial solutions in conflict resolution and process enhancement within established policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Broker/Dealer/RIA industry or back-office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in opening client investment accounts within a wealth management setting.
- Current or past Series 7, 66, 63, and/or 65 registrations.
- Knowledge of variable annuities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Orion, or Raymond James BranchNet/ClientWorks.
