We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network - Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. This is a full-time position with day shifts available in the Acute Care Ortho Trauma 5 West unit. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in collaboration with other healthcare providers, ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to patients in various settings.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal boundaries.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care delivery and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Reflect the organization's values and philosophies in nursing care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required based on unit requirements.
• Returning nurses after a hiatus of five or more years may need to complete a refresher course.
