Join our team at Kettering Health Network as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care unit located in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time night position where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to patients in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and uphold the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required based on unit requirements.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
