We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network. As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Trauma unit, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients across all settings. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care following the nursing process and collaborating with healthcare providers.
- Accountable for maintaining professional development within legal care boundaries.
- Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Reflect the organization's values in delivering nursing care and support organizational missions.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; preference given to BSN holders or commitment to completion within 5 years of hire.
- Previous acute care experience or completion of a refresher course for nurses returning after an extended absence.
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, PALS based on unit requirements.
