Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will participate in all phases of our automated systems life cycle, including design, development, testing, installation, start-up, and support with a focus on the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and days, may require occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop necessary maintenance skills.
• Have a mechanical mindset.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, time management, and reliable transportation.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Troubleshooting experience with electrical systems.
• Hold a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
