Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, a leading robotics company based in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of our cutting-edge automated systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Conducting biweekly preventative maintenance on all robotics systems.
• Performing weekly brush changes and monthly maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Replacing bearings, bushings, and other parts as needed.
• Working with PLC-based controls, mechanical components, and chemicals (Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine).
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
• Working independently and as part of a team to ensure system efficiency.
• Being on-call and maintaining flexibility in work hours and locations.

Requirements

• Experience with PLC-based controls design and implementation.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
