Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RSC Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Ace Hardware. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management, acting as a consultant on various HR-related issues. You will be responsible for providing effective HR processes, coaching, and support to enhance employee relations and performance, while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of HR strategies and develop successful working relationships.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to management on staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage performance reviews, new hire orientation, and leave of absences.
  • Stay updated on federal and state employment laws and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing environments.

Compensation Details

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
