Position: Samples Coordinator (Entry Level)

Summary:

As a Customer Samples Coordinator, you will work with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely shipment of customer samples within 24-48 hours of request. Manage stock levels, bottle, label, and ship high turn products daily, maintaining fresh materials for our customers. This role reports to the Production and Safety Manager, ensuring a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock levels for sampling.
• Bottle, label, and stock high turn products.
• Package, label, and ship samples daily.
• Ensure sampling room has sufficient stock and request supplies as needed.
• Assist the production team as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Office.
• Knowledge of ISO & GMP a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• GED or equivalent required, entry-level position.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
