SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join Auto Centers, where you will consult with customers on their vehicle service needs. Your role will involve communicating with customers, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring timely completion of work by service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers regarding their vehicle service requirements.
• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Supervise the completion of work by service technicians to meet customer expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage various customer situations.
• Strong communication and delegation abilities.
• Experience in quality management and upholding ethical standards.

Preferred Education/Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent work experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of service technicians.
• Carry out supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and regulations.
