Praos Smart Security is looking for Smart Home Solar Sales Advisors to join our team in Richmond. As part of our fast-growing virtual company, you will play a crucial role in advising customers on smart home and solar integration solutions. Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory through our advanced AI-driven CRM to present and schedule appointments.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to customer installation by collaborating with the operations team.
  • Utilize all available resources for prospecting and canvassing neighborhoods to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

  • 4-year business degree or related experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience with new account acquisition focus.
  • Residence within 50 miles of Greater Richmond, VA.
  • Clean background, ability to pass drug screening, professional communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, basic computer skills, DCJS Registration preferred.
