Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Care Management team at Carroll Hospital. This part-time position requires a weekend commitment during the day shift hours. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient care for inpatients by collaborating with the healthcare team. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with community agencies to address various social issues such as abuse, neglect, substance abuse, mental health, and adoption, as well as linking individuals to financial resources.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of recent social work experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- LCSW-C license preferred; LMSW licensed candidates will also be considered.
