Job Description
We are currently looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this position, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical diagnoses and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
