SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients and their families on various challenges they may face during their treatments and stay at Levindale Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and counseling to patients and families.
• Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
• Offer support and guidance regarding aging, powerlessness, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) certification.
