Job Description
We are looking for a passionate SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health division at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
