SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker PRN, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a variety of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
