Job Description
We are looking to hire a PRN Social Worker at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position in the SOCIAL WORK-HOSPITAL department offers a flexible schedule. The Social Worker will provide clinical services to patients/residents and families, addressing various psychosocial issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide clinical social work services.
- Address a range of issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
- Offer counseling on topics such as family relationships, end-of-life, and medical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
- Working knowledge of psychosocial theory and practice.
