Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join the team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges. These include adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and support for end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
