Job Description
Join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital as a Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) on full-time days. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate our Cerebrovascular and Neurosciences Program under the guidance of our Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, educating, and evaluating patient care within the program to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and national guidelines for stroke management. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care through education, training, and accreditation initiatives, while advocating for patients and coordinating multidisciplinary services.

Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Current NIH Stroke Certification, CNRN Certification, and ASLS Instructor Certification
- Minimum of five years experience in emergency/critical care/neuro nursing with advanced skills
- Program development and management skills with knowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency standards
