Job Description

An industry-leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing company is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in New York City! The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for assisting ongoing contract execution in North America, as well as refining the Company's Operation Planning Process (S&OP). The ideal candidate will have the ability to think critically, cultivate a strong sense of responsibility, as well as passion and desire to go beyond the boundaries of the job.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external key stakeholders.
• Effectively lead a forecast analysis of demand of company products to support the market.
• Assist on receivable collection by working alongside accounts & sales team.
• Implement a weekly forecasting process, covering a 13-week horizon.
• Communicate the demand forecast and assumptions effectively to the Supply Chain Department.
• Coordinate full stock movement and order cycle.
• Monitor and keep track of inventory, age, levels, and delivery times.
• Assist in other areas such as logistics, import, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience post college in the Logistics space (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain / Food Tech.
• SAP Experience Required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of company products and logistics is required.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
