Job Description
Nestle Health Science is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support Supply Chain Customer Solutions. This role involves developing, analyzing, evaluating, communicating, and executing analytics to aid the Customer Service and Customer Supply Chain teams in key decision making and the execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Design Power BI dashboard to support business needs and build tabular and/or visualization reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and data analytics to optimize statistical efficiency and quality with data from primary or secondary data sources.
- Develop new applications, tools, ad hoc, and refreshable root cause analysis to streamline related processes.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
- Visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
- Prepare monthly presentations to leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of data management and analysis experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of working within a Customer Supply Chain function.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power Bi, and/or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with expertise in advanced functionality and modeling.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to develop and use metrics/graphs to lead root-cause analysis activities.
