Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and operation of complex distributed systems using the latest cloud computing technologies.
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to implement and operate some of the largest and most complex distributed systems in the world.
- Contribute to the growth and support of fully managed services, such as Lambda, Simple Workflow, Step Functions, and internal services that power our cloud offerings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems, with knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals.
- 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology.
