Job Description

Responsibilities
- Design and architect new systems, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Utilize your expertise in networking, storage systems, and operating systems for hands-on systems engineering.
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to enhance tools, processes, and documentation.
- Maintain an active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in systems engineering fundamentals such as networking and storage.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Background in Agile methodologies like Scrum.
Location and Benefits
This role is based in Seattle, WA, with relocation assistance available. Competitive salary ranges from $103,400 to $201,200/year, depending on location and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package including equity, sign-on bonuses, and various benefits.
