Job Description
We are looking for a Tech in Charge to join our team at First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America. As a Lead Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the maintenance of our school bus fleet, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for students.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and oversee maintenance operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
- Maintain service records and ensure fleet efficiency
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with willingness to obtain CDL
- 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience
- Previous lead technician or management role preferred
- Mechanic's toolset and commitment to continuous learning
