Job Description
The Walmart Pharmacy Manager operates the pharmacy from a place of true caring and compassion, showing dedication to the community served and the staff. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and business acumen, empowering the individual to work at the top of their license, ensuring a high level of patient care, and developing a growth strategy. The ideal candidate should exhibit autonomy, advocating for new initiatives and impacting the community by setting the tone for patient care and inspiring the staff to elevate care levels.
Responsibilities
- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
- Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart, in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations.
- Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, budgeting and forecasting sales, and developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships.

- Annual salary range: $112,000.00-$197,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.
