Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are hiring a Critical Infrastructure Manager I at Flexential, a key role responsible for managing the overall operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for assigned data centers to ensure 99.999% uptime. In this position, you will lead data center operations, manage vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• 24x7 facility on-call responsibility.
• Oversee all aspects of data center operations.
• Assist in cross-market operational improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and implement company policies.
• Prepare reports on facility and customer performance.
• Create maintenance procedures and conduct staff training.
• Configure facility monitoring and perform equipment rounds.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of critical infrastructure experience with root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.
• Applicable military or trade experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 3+ years of data center experience with a focus on building operations.
• Management training and technical depth.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, use a keyboard, lift weights, and travel as needed.

Base Pay Range: $81,100.00 - $91,900.00. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
