Job Title: Nursing Assistant
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Sunrise Senior Living team as a Nursing Assistant. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families by providing assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, recommending adjustments in care levels.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and hospitality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
