Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at Region V Services. Responsibilities
- Provide systematic training and customized support based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection to ensure individual progress.
- Assist individuals in social enhancement, personal grooming, and community access.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in all activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience in human services valued.
- Ability to work with individuals with special needs and contribute positively to a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
