Job Description
CRMG is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to maintain the appearance of the Sandyplace Apartment Homes community in Sandy, OR. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for cleaning and up-keeping common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds under the direction of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

$17-$19/hr
Schedule
Part-Time, Friday-Sunday, 8am - 5pm, 24 hours weekly
Additional Compensation
Monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend

Requirements
- Previous janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to operate a golf cart
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws
