Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 per year
Position Summary: As an IT Innovation Manager at Nestlé IT, you will lead digital innovation initiatives across Nestlé North America. Your role involves executing digital solutions through prototyping and forward-looking concepts, fostering an innovative culture, and identifying new technology and solutions. You will self-manage product offerings from idea creation to launch, build business cases, provide subject matter expertise, and explore new technology advancements.
Responsibilities
- Self-manage product offerings from idea creation to launch.
- Build product business cases and define requirements using agile methods.
- Provide subject matter expertise and conflict resolution to stakeholders.
- Explore new technology advancements and manage pilots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Product Development or Digital Innovation.
- Experience in Design Thinking, AI/ML initiatives, and more.
Other Preferred Skills
- Experience with innovation management methodologies.
- Understanding of product development life cycle and customer research.
- Experience working with startups, incubators, and accelerators.
