Job Description
Community LIFE is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our Oakmont, PA location. This full-time position requires providing essential care, including IV administration, medication management, and assistance with daily activities, to our valuable program participants aged 55 and over.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IV administration and medication management.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure the overall well-being and comfort of program participants.
- Occasional community visits as required.
Requirements
- Valid PA LPN license from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with the elderly or frail population.
- Possession of a valid PA Driver's license and reliable transportation.
