Job Description

Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
