Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and running the packing line, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining line speed, and coordinating with staff to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line on a daily basis.
• Promote and practice proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain the required line speed for efficient operations.
• Coordinate packing line staff to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Communicate effectively with packing line staff and supervisors.
• Collaborate in a team environment to achieve production goals.
