Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking dedicated Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. As part of our world-class facility, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, with a focus on robotic-driven equipment featuring programmable logic controllers.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Maintain and repair equipment, focusing on PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Demonstrate exceptional mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
- Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
