Job Description
Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is currently hiring for the position of Maintenance Technician in Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting automated systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform biweekly preventative maintenance on all six Robotics systems.
- Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
- Replace bearings, bushings, and other parts of end-of-arm tools.
- Work with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Be self-motivated, manage time efficiently, and handle paperwork promptly.
- Travel to various dairies in Wisconsin, including Eau Claire, Birnamwood, and Gillett.
Requirements
- Experience with PLC-based controls design, implementation, and support.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and working with test equipment.
- On-call availability and flexibility with work hours and schedules.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
