Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ultimately minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data, using advanced technologies for data collection, and collaborating with maintenance planners for timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to reduce downtime.
• Use advanced technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs during planned downtime.
• Recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings and contribute to equipment improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or relevant experience.
• PDM certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
