We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will play a crucial part in minimizing machine downtime by utilizing reliability equipment to predict and prevent failures effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, coordinating repairs, and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced technology to detect and analyze potential machine failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
• Identify and address equipment issues proactively to prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular data collection and utilize predictive maintenance techniques.
• Participate in meetings to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in reliability technology within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications in predictive maintenance (Pdm) are a plus.
