Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime by utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data, scheduling repairs, and recommending equipment upgrades to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine performance using reliability equipment to detect potential failures.
• Predict pending machine failures by reviewing and analyzing collected data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection on a daily basis.
• Schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtimes based on analysis results.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis and willingness to stay current with predictive maintenance technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
