Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively utilizing reliability equipment to analyze, detect, and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect machine failure using reliability equipment to minimize downtime.
• Review and analyze gathered data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule and execute repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect leaks, change filters, and provide timely equipment maintenance to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Contribute to improving the overall reliability program and equipment lifespan.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with plant operations, maintenance, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience and Pdm certifications are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
