We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime effectively. You will work closely with the maintenance team, submit work orders, and recommend repairs or upgrades as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failure.
• Work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and fix air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Monitor equipment for noticeable issues and recommend immediate repairs if needed.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
• Provide support to Plant Operations and Maintenance.
• Initiate plans to improve and extend the life of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience considered.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis process.
