Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing data, analyzing failure predictions, and working with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict potential failures
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance planning
• Detect leaks and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacement, and repair as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years' experience in reliability technology
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis
• PDM certifications would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
