Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Inspector to join Veritas Steel LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with production and DOT inspectors to ensure quality standards are met, performing visual inspections, conducting layout checks, and monitoring welding processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of the Quality Management System.
• Maintain quality work flowing through the shop.
• Collaborate with welders and leadmen to uphold quality standards.
• Interpret specifications and codes.
• Coordinate inspections with DOT inspectors.

Requirements

• Certified Welding Inspector Certification or ASNT VT Level II.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASNT MT Level II.
• ASNT UT Level II.
• NACE or SSPC BCI Level I.
• Fabrication Shop Background.

Compensation Details

$32-35 per hour.
