Job Description
Reliability Maintenance Technician
TOYOTI1 is currently seeking experienced Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA) in White, Georgia. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Demonstrate exceptional mechanical abilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge and expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds on occasion.
