RN Inpatient Surgical Services

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical Services team at ThedaCare. As part of our innovative and forward-thinking organization, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, contributing to the delivery of compassionate and safe patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care in a collaborative model.
• Care for a variety of surgical patients from pre-op to discharge.
• Promote a culture of innovation and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to Fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
