Senior Manager - IT Program Management

Responsibilities
- Define program governance and structure for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Integrate across multiple functions to drive program discovery, design, and execution.
- Drive planning and create integrated project plans with key milestones.
- Articulate status, risks, and issues at all organizational levels.
- Manage complex risks and issues with business and IT leaders.
- Proactively anticipate issues and concerns to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate consensus building and decision-making through documentation and reference materials.
- Support capability building efforts for the PMO team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business administration or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles across major projects and programs.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Experience in end-to-end program ownership, people and project development, and multicultural environments.
- Industry certification in PMP and/or Agile Scrum preferred.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $184,000.00 to $213,000.00, in addition to performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, 401k matching, and other benefits. Final compensation may vary based on qualifications and geographic location.
