The role involves repairing and calibrating optical and GNSS equipment, coordinating order fulfillment, managing showroom display, and supporting inventory management. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, testing, repair, calibration, and cleaning of survey equipment.
• Create and process service work orders for repairs.
• Configure and test products to ensure successful operation.
• Assist in maintaining rental equipment and in customer relations.
• Collaborate with Service Manager for updated training and authorizations.
• Assist with new orders, product receiving, and maintaining work areas.
• Completing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge of electronics and survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10, good communication skills, and high attention to detail.
