Project Engineer

Job Description

Golden Wolf LLC is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team in Portsmouth, VA. This role involves providing support to the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery through various facility management tasks and engineering assistance. If you are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are experienced in Real Property Systems and facility maintenance, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support a comprehensive Facility Management Program for BUMED.
• Develop project scope information, statements of work, plans, and cost estimates.
• Assist in facilities administration and coordinating with various teams.
• Perform site assessments and prioritize work based on facility condition.

Qualifications and Skills

• Security Clearance: Secret (Tier 3 level investigation) Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
• 5-10 years of technical experience in Real Property Systems.
• Experience with DOD Facility Management and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with related experience.
• Or work experience as a facility manager with ten years of relevant experience.
• Specialized experience in managing maintenance programs is a plus.

Job Type & Salary

Full-Time/On-Site position at Naval Support Activity NAS, Portsmouth, VA. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
