Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery for manufacturing and power applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing and power applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure efficient production methods.
• Analyze data and research to determine feasibility of designs.
• Direct engineering personnel in testing apparatus and equipment fabrication.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Technical Skills Required

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and components.
• Design and modify electrical controls to improve reliability.
• Competency in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
• Calibration and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and modifying PLC and Servo programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in designing and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PLC systems and motion controllers.
