Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires North America, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for manufacturing or power use. Your expertise will contribute to the innovation, quality, and performance of our products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment or machinery.
• Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment and systems meet standards.
• Research and analyze data to determine the feasibility of designs.
• Direct engineering personnel and activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Design products and systems to enhance machinery efficiency.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls and systems for better reliability and productivity.
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLC’s.
• Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
